According to a report by the Government Council, the draft of this decree, presented by the Delegated Minister to the Minister of Interior, aims to extend the validity period of the state of health emergency throughout the entire national territory from Saturday, October 10 at six in the evening until Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at six o'clock. evening.

According to the same source, the provisions of the draft decree permitted the government authority in charge of the interior to take all appropriate measures at the national level in line with these data, in addition to authorizing the governors of the authorities, labor and regional workers the authority to take all the implementation measures required to maintain the public health system at the level of employment, region or One or more groups.
